Requirements
- 3+ years of Agency Project Management experience.
- Proven experience tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Practical knowledge of WordPress layout systems.
- Technical confidence performing frontend edits within page builders.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- High proficiency utilizing Asana.
- A hyper-disciplined eye for visual alignment, font consistency, and functional layout checking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex agency accounts simultaneously from initial kickoff through final handoff.
- Serve as the primary, relational day-to-day contact for social impact stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor detailed project lifecycles within Asana.
- Execute routine frontend web layout modifications and text/image updates using WordPress page builders.
- Perform exhaustive, multi-device inspections on web developments and design assets.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate with external copywriters, designers, and developers.
