Job Details

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software, agency, or consulting environments
Proven experience managing client accounts, including US-based clients
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical delivery processes
Experience working closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Ability to discuss technical trade-offs, scalability, and architectural considerations at a high level
Strong negotiation skills for managing scope, timelines, and budget constraints
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans and prioritize effectively

Own and manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact across projects
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives
Lead end-to-end software development projects from discovery through delivery
Translate client business needs into structured technical requirements and development roadmaps
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment and execution quality
Conduct risk, gap, and feasibility analysis to anticipate project challenges early
Manage project financials, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and resource optimization
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and strategic discussions with clients and internal teams
Identify and mitigate risks such as scope creep, misalignment, and delivery delays
Support business development efforts through scoping, proposals, and client expansion opportunities
