Requirements
- Advanced Figma proficiency (variants, interactive states, responsive grids).
- Understanding of web/mobile constraints and how designs translate to CSS.
- Experience or literacy in the Web3 ecosystem (wallets, decentralized platforms).
- Availability to handle requests 7 days a week.
- Self-motivated and highly organized managing design tickets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced, functional Figma designs using auto-layouts, variables, and complex component architecture.
- Create interactive, clickable flows that simulate the final product experience.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and provide pixel-perfect documentation for engineering.
- Work daily with product data and player feedback to execute UI improvements.
- Evolve shared design patterns and ensure consistency across the ecosystem.
- Coordinate with internal Product and Engineering teams.
