Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Current independent or associate licensure in Colorado (LMSW, LSW, LPCC, MFTC/MFP, LCSW, LPC, MFT)
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Availability to work between 12-40 hours per week
- Evening availability required for full-time roles
- Confidence integrating modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox
- Experience with EMR and outcomes software
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI
- Facilitate group therapy sessions with up to 8 clients
- Participate in collaborative case discussions
- Maintain steady caseloads based on availability
