Requirements
- 2–4+ years of outbound sales development experience in SaaS or health-tech.
- Familiarity with healthcare tech landscape, EHRs, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Experience using AI writing/personalization tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
- Ability to execute multi-channel outbound sequences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (required).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required).
- Proficiency in GSuite (required).
- Proficiency in Gong or Chorus (required).
- Understanding of pipeline metrics and SDR revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outbound and inbound lead follow-up.
- Use AI tools to synthesize account intelligence and create personalized outreach at scale.
- Monitor and act on intent signals such as job postings, funding, and regulatory activity.
- Build relationships across multiple stakeholder personas (technical, clinical, business).
- Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory strategy and handoff qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
- Share market intelligence and competitive dynamics with internal leadership.
- Elevate team AI usage through sharing playbooks and best practices.
