Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of outbound sales development experience in SaaS or health-tech.
  • Familiarity with healthcare tech landscape, EHRs, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Experience using AI writing/personalization tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
  • Ability to execute multi-channel outbound sequences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (required).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required).
  • Proficiency in GSuite (required).
  • Proficiency in Gong or Chorus (required).
  • Understanding of pipeline metrics and SDR revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outbound and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Use AI tools to synthesize account intelligence and create personalized outreach at scale.
  • Monitor and act on intent signals such as job postings, funding, and regulatory activity.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholder personas (technical, clinical, business).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory strategy and handoff qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
  • Share market intelligence and competitive dynamics with internal leadership.
  • Elevate team AI usage through sharing playbooks and best practices.
