- Proficiency with AI tools for documentation, prototyping, and automation logic.
- Ability to communicate effectively across C-level sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise-scale complexity, including compliance and security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Shape direction and identify business process changes for enterprise clients.
- Recommend process redesign and workflow ownership strategies.
- Design end-to-end architectures integrating humans and agents.
- Identify opportunities for agentic workflows and design reliable handoffs.
