Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Experience developing partnership strategy and influencing senior level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing revenue-generating partnerships with measurable accountability for pipeline and growth.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
  • Strong business development skills (account planning, opportunity identification, multi-threading).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, revenue-accountable role.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership.
  • AI fluency (Level 1 expectation: use AI daily for productivity).

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of reseller partners.
  • Develop and expand relationships with executive sponsors and sales teams at partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, including pipeline generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Enable partners to position Sword as the best fit offering.
  • Assess partner performance to identify opportunities for deeper investment.
  • Increase awareness and adoption of Sword's portfolio.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
  • Plan partner-facing events and executive engagements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
