Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or strategic account management.
- Experience developing partnership strategy and influencing senior level stakeholders.
- Experience managing revenue-generating partnerships with measurable accountability for pipeline and growth.
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
- Strong business development skills (account planning, opportunity identification, multi-threading).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, revenue-accountable role.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership.
- AI fluency (Level 1 expectation: use AI daily for productivity).
Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of reseller partners.
- Develop and expand relationships with executive sponsors and sales teams at partner organizations.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, including pipeline generation and marketing campaigns.
- Enable partners to position Sword as the best fit offering.
- Assess partner performance to identify opportunities for deeper investment.
- Increase awareness and adoption of Sword's portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
- Plan partner-facing events and executive engagements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
