Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related role within a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience owning employee lifecycle processes end-to-end.
- Strong capability in building and maintaining SOPs and scalable workflows.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, HiBob, Paylocity).
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits operations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and Compliance teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance frameworks, including I-9, EEO-1, FMLA, and multi-state employment regulations.
- Highly detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end People Operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Design, document, and govern standard operating procedures and workflows.
- Partner with HRIS and systems specialists to optimize workflows and ensure seamless data flow.
- Support payroll and benefits operations by ensuring data integrity, internal controls, and timely execution.
- Lead People Operations reporting and analytics, maintaining dashboards for headcount, turnover, and compliance.
- Serve as an operational escalation point for complex HR issues.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership on workforce planning and compliance.
