Requirements

  • Director-level or above experience in HR, People Operations, or a related function.
  • Deep background in HR Operations, People Operations, or Employee Relations.
  • Recent hands-on use of an ITSM or ESM platform such as Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Atomicwork, or Moveworks.
  • Experience as a decision maker or key stakeholder for ITSM/ESM platform selection or implementation.
  • Ability to analyze complex People Ops workflows and ticketing systems.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ownership of a PayPal account for receiving payments.

Responsibilities

  • Share expert perspective on internal ticketing workflows, employee service requests, and HR policy.
  • Assess and respond to HR and People Ops scenarios such as onboarding and ticket triage.
  • Participate in structured surveys or interviews regarding service management practices.
  • Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to ITSM/ESM platforms.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand HR service management usage.
