Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in HR, People Operations, or a related function.
- Deep background in HR Operations, People Operations, or Employee Relations.
- Recent hands-on use of an ITSM or ESM platform such as Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Atomicwork, or Moveworks.
- Experience as a decision maker or key stakeholder for ITSM/ESM platform selection or implementation.
- Ability to analyze complex People Ops workflows and ticketing systems.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ownership of a PayPal account for receiving payments.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspective on internal ticketing workflows, employee service requests, and HR policy.
- Assess and respond to HR and People Ops scenarios such as onboarding and ticket triage.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews regarding service management practices.
- Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to ITSM/ESM platforms.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand HR service management usage.
