- Experience working a helpdesk or ticketing queue (e.g., FreshService, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- High attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written communication skills.
- Self-directed and organized work style.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve incoming People Operations tickets in FreshService.
- Process transactions in Workday for the full employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Run standard and ad hoc reports from Workday.
- Identify and flag process improvements and knowledge base gaps.
