Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to independently advise leaders at various levels.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience conducting investigations and handling sensitive or confidential employee matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary HR advisor to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies.
  • Lead or support organizational design, talent management initiatives, and change management efforts.
  • Conduct thorough workplace investigations, analyze findings, and recommend appropriate and compliant resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment processes.
  • Drive or contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
