Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employment law.
- Proven ability to independently advise leaders at various levels.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience conducting investigations and handling sensitive or confidential employee matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PHR certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR advisor to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies.
- Lead or support organizational design, talent management initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations, analyze findings, and recommend appropriate and compliant resolutions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment processes.
- Drive or contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
