Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and modern B2B sales methodologies
  • Experience delivering engaging live training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Clari, and AI-assisted workflow tools
  • Ability to design, iterate, and improve structured enablement programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, solution selling, and revenue-driven performance metrics
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments across multiple time zones
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret onboarding and ramp performance data
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs, workshops, and ramp training sessions for sales hires and leadership
  • Continuously refine onboarding content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving sales strategies
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted enablement interventions
  • Track and analyze ramp metrics such as time-to-productivity, engagement, and performance outcomes
  • Develop hands-on exercises and practical learning experiences to reinforce sales methodologies and product knowledge
  • Maintain and curate sales enablement content libraries, including best-practice call recordings and training assets
  • Collaborate with curriculum and enablement teams to ensure consistent global onboarding standards
  • Provide ongoing reinforcement training in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • Communicate program performance insights and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement
  • Support global enablement initiatives across regions and facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including travel as required
