Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 8+ years of field sales experience in construction, building materials, showroom sales, or sales management
  • Experience working with home builders and/or the architecture and design (A&D) community
  • Strong ability to develop and manage long-term customer and channel relationships
  • Demonstrated success in driving specification sales and influencing complex buying groups
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the Western US region
  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the regional residential sales strategy across the Western US
  • Manage and support rep agencies by providing training, tools, and strategic direction
  • Develop and grow relationships with builders, architects, designers, and showroom partners
  • Convert new single-family builder opportunities into long-term specifications
  • Strengthen showroom partnerships by increasing product displays and stock presence
  • Support residential product launches through training and activations
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategies
  • Drive adoption of showroom programs and CRM usage
