Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 8+ years of field sales experience in construction, building materials, showroom sales, or sales management
- Experience working with home builders and/or the architecture and design (A&D) community
- Strong ability to develop and manage long-term customer and channel relationships
- Demonstrated success in driving specification sales and influencing complex buying groups
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the Western US region
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the regional residential sales strategy across the Western US
- Manage and support rep agencies by providing training, tools, and strategic direction
- Develop and grow relationships with builders, architects, designers, and showroom partners
- Convert new single-family builder opportunities into long-term specifications
- Strengthen showroom partnerships by increasing product displays and stock presence
- Support residential product launches through training and activations
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategies
- Drive adoption of showroom programs and CRM usage
