Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, such as VP of Sales or equivalent.
- Proven success building and scaling high-performance enterprise software sales teams.
- Strong background in both startup environments and mid-to-large enterprise software organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, team selling, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools for forecasting, CRM management, and pipeline tracking.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills with executive presence.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities in high-growth environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and manage the North America sales organization, ensuring consistent performance against revenue targets.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing sales professionals across the team.
- Coach and mentor sales leaders and individual contributors to improve execution, strategy, and deal performance.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and accurate reporting of key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events as a senior sales leader.
- Ensure adoption of standardized sales processes, methodologies, and CRM usage across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity, funnel development, and conversion performance.
