Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience leading high-performing, geographically distributed sales organizations.
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and revenue operations rigor.
  • Strong people leadership and coaching experience developing sales leaders and senior individual contributors.
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming go-to-market systems.
  • Fluency with modern go-to-market technologies (CRM, sales analytics, forecasting tools).
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gong).
  • Experience leading or partnering with BDR/XDR organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and disciplined sales execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization including sales leaders and individual contributors.
  • Strengthen executive-level customer relationships and support strategic deal engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product.
  • Champion the adoption of sales technologies and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Lead and optimize inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting motions.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategies.
