  • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic healthcare accounts by managing the full lifecycle of enterprise relationships, including renewals, expansions, and long-term partnership development.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth, pricing integrity, and long-term customer value.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders.
  • Lead complex enterprise negotiations, structuring contracts that balance commercial objectives with long-term partnership success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams.
  • Leverage market intelligence, healthcare policy trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline health, and account KPIs.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings and industry events.
