Requirements

- Proven ability to deliver consistent revenue growth against ambitious targets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and hospital purchasing dynamics.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic healthcare accounts by managing the full lifecycle of enterprise relationships, including renewals, expansions, and long-term partnership development.
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth, pricing integrity, and long-term customer value.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders.
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations, structuring contracts that balance commercial objectives with long-term partnership success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams.
- Leverage market intelligence, healthcare policy trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
- Track performance metrics, pipeline health, and account KPIs.
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings and industry events.
