Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of sales experience in healthcare or medical device sales.
- 5+ years of sales management experience for global, national, or strategic account businesses.
- Proven executive presence with ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and strategic planning.
- High level of financial and business acumen.
- Ability to understand and apply healthcare policy and delivery systems to strategy.
- Proficiency in technology and analysis tools including Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated professionalism, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Execute existing contracts and own the renewal process for Strategic Account relationships.
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with health system executives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and win-win partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal departments including product, marketing, finance, and legal.
- Partner with marketing to develop engagement tools for executive-level exchanges.
- Implement ongoing strategic account management training for the commercial sales team.
- Stay current with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscapes.
- Use data and analytics to track sales metrics and KPIs.
