  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Equitably assign sales force and customer success quotas.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and implement sales process improvements.
  • Optimize deployment of sales personnel and lead change management.
  • Define performance measurements and management programs.
  • Develop sales reports, dashboards, and internal intelligence.
  • Develop new strategies, KPIs, and programs for sales success.
