- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Equitably assign sales force and customer success quotas.
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement sales process improvements.
- Optimize deployment of sales personnel and lead change management.
- Define performance measurements and management programs.
- Develop sales reports, dashboards, and internal intelligence.
- Develop new strategies, KPIs, and programs for sales success.
