Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy for mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Build and lead a team of skilled Account Executives.
- Establish effective sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs.
- Define sales territories, quotas, compensation plans, and metrics.
- Conduct pipeline reviews and coach Account Executives.
- Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with sales priorities.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and dashboards.
- Build relationships with customers and industry influencers.
