Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of skilled Account Executives.
  • Establish effective sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs.
  • Define sales territories, quotas, compensation plans, and metrics.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and coach Account Executives.
  • Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with sales priorities.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Build relationships with customers and industry influencers.
