Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven success leading teams responsible for net-new revenue growth.
- Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Strong data-driven mindset and experience with revenue operations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and related sales tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong executive presence and influence over cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall sales strategy for net-new revenue growth.
- Lead, scale, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
- Design and execute scalable sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs.
- Define territories, quotas, compensation structures, and performance metrics.
- Manage pipeline generation, deal progression, forecasting accuracy, and reviews.
- Partner with Marketing to align demand generation and messaging.
- Track and report key revenue metrics.
- Collaborate across Finance, Product, and Partnerships on revenue strategy.
- Build executive-level relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales tools and systems.
