Requirements

  • Proven success leading teams responsible for net-new revenue growth.
  • Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and experience with revenue operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and related sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong executive presence and influence over cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall sales strategy for net-new revenue growth.
  • Lead, scale, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
  • Design and execute scalable sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs.
  • Define territories, quotas, compensation structures, and performance metrics.
  • Manage pipeline generation, deal progression, forecasting accuracy, and reviews.
  • Partner with Marketing to align demand generation and messaging.
  • Track and report key revenue metrics.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Product, and Partnerships on revenue strategy.
  • Build executive-level relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales tools and systems.
