Requirements
- 15 plus years of enterprise software sales experience in highly competitive and complex markets, with strong exposure to BFSI and enterprise customers in western India.
- Proven track record in subscription-based sales models, including new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Experience working with system integrators, partners, and ecosystem-driven sales motions.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to position software and consulting services as integrated value solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in matrixed organizations and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to adapt strategies in response to market changes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate degree required, postgraduate qualification considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue growth by achieving targets across new recurring revenue, renewal revenue, and consulting services through disciplined sales execution.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities while expanding existing strategic accounts across BFSI and large enterprise segments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term retention, expansion, and account satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and partner teams to align strategies and maximize market opportunities.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and CRM discipline using structured reporting tools to ensure reliable business planning.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy execution and support cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer value and market penetration.
