- 7–10+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership.
- At least 3 years of experience leading creative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven campaigns across digital, retail, and e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in retail creative, including merchandising displays and point-of-purchase materials.
- Experience creating high-performing e-commerce and marketplace content.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of brand development, visual communication, and customer-centric storytelling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance creative culture.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for campaigns, product launches, content initiatives, and brand activations.
- Oversee the creation of visual assets for digital platforms, e-commerce experiences, retail merchandising, and in-store displays.
- Translate complex product and technical information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling brand narratives.
- Direct photo and video productions, ensuring creative concepts are executed effectively.
- Maintain and evolve brand standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Partner closely with marketing, social media, influencer, and production teams.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
