Requirements
- 8+ years of professional design and motion experience.
- 3+ years in a dedicated creative leadership or player-coach role.
- Experience with formal performance evaluations and people management.
- Portfolio demonstrating brand, motion, and video storytelling at a systems level.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Deep experience creating and scaling digital and motion design systems.
- Knowledge of AI-integrated creative workflows and human-in-the-loop guardrails.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization and execution of design and motion concepts for multi-channel campaigns.
- Establish and optimize agency motion design standards and best practices.
- Manage motion design workflows end-to-end from storyboarding to post-production.
- Operate within AI-supported creative production workflows.
- Lead creative presentations for major client accounts and new business pitches.
- Directly manage, mentor, and provide performance feedback to a team of designers.
- Collaborate with strategy and copy teams to drive business results.
