Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, or a related regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of drug development and clinical research processes
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and responsive working style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project coordination across study phases including planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities
  • Assist with database setup, study documentation preparation, equipment tracking, and report generation
  • Coordinate project assurance meetings, including scheduling, minutes capture, and action item tracking
  • Maintain accurate study records and support updates related to scope changes and system documentation
  • Track issues, escalations, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
  • Support invoice reconciliation, study forecasting inputs, and related financial tracking activities
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements and documentation standards across projects
  • Respond to client and internal inquiries and participate in meetings as required by project managers
