Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, or a related regulated industry
- Strong understanding of drug development and clinical research processes
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail with a proactive and responsive working style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project coordination across study phases including planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities
- Assist with database setup, study documentation preparation, equipment tracking, and report generation
- Coordinate project assurance meetings, including scheduling, minutes capture, and action item tracking
- Maintain accurate study records and support updates related to scope changes and system documentation
- Track issues, escalations, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
- Support invoice reconciliation, study forecasting inputs, and related financial tracking activities
- Ensure compliance with training requirements and documentation standards across projects
- Respond to client and internal inquiries and participate in meetings as required by project managers
