Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- High digital literacy and ability to learn new software rapidly.
- Exceptional precision regarding data accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Smartsheet or Salesforce preferred.
- Foundational understanding of NetSuite or ERP software.
- Familiarity with risk management and commercial insurance terminology.
- Ability to build basic workflows using low-code tools like Zapier.
- Primary internet connection (min 15 Mbps) and backup connection (min 10 Mbps).
- Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5/i3 or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM minimum.
- Functional backup device, webcam, noise-canceling headset, and dedicated workspace.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive weekly audits of Salesforce and Smartsheet.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and credential management.
- Oversee Box file system architecture and naming conventions.
- Manage, verify, and track Certificates of Insurance (COI) from vendors.
- Monitor policy expiration dates and maintain compliance tracking.
- Build and configure project workspaces and dashboards in Smartsheet.
- Maintain the company SOP library and digital documentation.
- Serve as Tier 1 Help Desk support for internal software inquiries.
- Facilitate training sessions and create user guides.
- Participate in UAT for AI tools and system integrations.
