Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • High digital literacy and ability to learn new software rapidly.
  • Exceptional precision regarding data accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or Salesforce preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of NetSuite or ERP software.
  • Familiarity with risk management and commercial insurance terminology.
  • Ability to build basic workflows using low-code tools like Zapier.
  • Primary internet connection (min 15 Mbps) and backup connection (min 10 Mbps).
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5/i3 or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM minimum.
  • Functional backup device, webcam, noise-canceling headset, and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive weekly audits of Salesforce and Smartsheet.
  • Support user onboarding, offboarding, and credential management.
  • Oversee Box file system architecture and naming conventions.
  • Manage, verify, and track Certificates of Insurance (COI) from vendors.
  • Monitor policy expiration dates and maintain compliance tracking.
  • Build and configure project workspaces and dashboards in Smartsheet.
  • Maintain the company SOP library and digital documentation.
  • Serve as Tier 1 Help Desk support for internal software inquiries.
  • Facilitate training sessions and create user guides.
  • Participate in UAT for AI tools and system integrations.
