Responsibilities

  • Manage receivables cases and maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing errors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve collections efficiency and auto-pay adoption.
  • Maintain disciplined collections follow-up cadence.
