Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound collections through phone calls and emails.
- Resolve billing issues and payment discrepancies.
- Manage receivables cases and maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce.
- Provide professional customer communication regarding payments and account status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing errors.
- Identify opportunities to improve collections efficiency and auto-pay adoption.
- Maintain disciplined collections follow-up cadence.
