- Ability to use blockchain explorers
- Reliable high-speed internet (min 25 Mbps)
- Professional home office with noise-canceling headset
- Available for video meetings and training sessions
Responsibilities
- Handle 25-40 inbound customer support calls per day
- Resolve cryptocurrency transaction, account access, and platform navigation issues
- Maintain average handle time under 12 minutes
- Achieve 55%+ first call resolution
- Document customer interactions in CRM
- Track and report common call drivers
- Escalate complex issues
