  • Professional home office with noise-canceling headset
  • Available for video meetings and training sessions

  • Resolve cryptocurrency transaction, account access, and platform navigation issues
  • Maintain average handle time under 12 minutes
  • Achieve 55%+ first call resolution
  • Document customer interactions in CRM
  • Track and report common call drivers
