Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries using a variety of channels (telephone, email, chat, ticketing, etc.) in a support-center environment.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts, procedures, metrics, and departmental goals.
  • Answer inbound customer service and technical support calls from customers.
  • Leverage documentation and support resources to perform with precision.
  • Resolve occasionally critical or difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer service and payment requests.
  • Identify trends and report them to promote continuous process improvement.
