  • Record of delivering profitable revenue and gross profit results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand important Retail customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategy for revenue and gross profit growth.
  • Partner with Specialist Sales to unlock value across the Twilio portfolio.
  • Serve on a cross-functional account team including Product Specialists and Value Engineering.
  • Run a disciplined forecast and achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct consultative sales cycles for large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Establish status as a trusted subject matter expert.
