- Proven track record in managing pipeline, customer acquisition, and multi-product adoption.
- Experience partnering with business and technical leaders.
- Strong financial modeling and business forecasting skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build processes and programs.
- Record of delivering profitable revenue and gross profit results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand important Retail customer accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategy for revenue and gross profit growth.
- Partner with Specialist Sales to unlock value across the Twilio portfolio.
- Serve on a cross-functional account team including Product Specialists and Value Engineering.
- Run a disciplined forecast and achieve sales goals.
- Conduct consultative sales cycles for large-scale enterprise customers.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Establish status as a trusted subject matter expert.
