Requirements
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Minimum 1+ year of K-12 experience including selling into school districts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing full sales cycles
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and disciplined pipeline management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Skilled negotiator with ability to handle objections
- Strong time management and ability to balance competing priorities
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of school district accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Drive new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads
- Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, and negotiation
- Achieve quota through new business bookings, renewals, and expansion revenue
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce
- Monitor account performance metrics including renewal rates and revenue growth
