Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Minimum 1+ year of K-12 experience including selling into school districts
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing full sales cycles
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and disciplined pipeline management
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Skilled negotiator with ability to handle objections
  • Strong time management and ability to balance competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of school district accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Drive new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, and negotiation
  • Achieve quota through new business bookings, renewals, and expansion revenue
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Monitor account performance metrics including renewal rates and revenue growth
