Requirements
- 3+ years as an Account Executive
- 3+ years selling into the US market
- Proven record generating and closing your own leads
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive)
- Experience with outbound tools
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 and up
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with noise cancellation and webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle sales from lead to close.
- Perform discovery calls, product demos, and proposal management.
- Generate self-sourced leads through outbound channels like LinkedIn and email.
- Maintain clean data and pipeline management in Pipedrive.
- Coordinate seamless transitions to the account management team.
- Track conversion rates and maintain activity dashboards.
- Address objections and negotiate effectively with startup founders.
