Requirements

  • 3+ years as an Account Executive
  • 3+ years selling into the US market
  • Proven record generating and closing your own leads
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive)
  • Experience with outbound tools
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 and up
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with noise cancellation and webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle sales from lead to close.
  • Perform discovery calls, product demos, and proposal management.
  • Generate self-sourced leads through outbound channels like LinkedIn and email.
  • Maintain clean data and pipeline management in Pipedrive.
  • Coordinate seamless transitions to the account management team.
  • Track conversion rates and maintain activity dashboards.
  • Address objections and negotiate effectively with startup founders.
