Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue operations, or Business Strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership at a senior manager or director level.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale commercial initiatives.
- Experience in data analysis and commercial infrastructure.
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Expertise in healthcare contracting, pricing governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic architect of commercial revenue operations.
- Lead commercial planning cycles including comp plans, territory design, and coverage modeling.
- Own pricing strategy and governance framework, including GPO/IDN models.
- Lead the Deal Desk function for complex commercial arrangements.
- Architect and oversee commercial data and analytics infrastructure.
- Design board-level dashboards and lead forecasting methodologies.
- Provide strategic ownership of the CRM ecosystem.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Commercial Operations team.
