Requirements
- Hands-on Shopify admin and Flow experience.
- Ability to read, debug, and maintain Google Apps Scripts.
- Understanding of REST APIs: requests, JSON, and authentication.
- Experience with Recharge or similar subscription platform.
- Knowledge of access management, RBAC, SSO, and 2FA.
- Genuinely AI-literate: proficient in prompting, iterating, and reviewing AI-generated code.
- Experience with documentation and process management.
- Clear communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify apps end-to-end: install, configure, test, document, and audit quarterly.
- Build and schedule recurring reports for marketing, finance, CS, and ops.
- Build and maintain Flow automations for tagging, segmentation, and alerts.
- Maintain and extend Google Apps Scripts connecting Shopify, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
- Manage API integrations including requests, headers, and JSON parsing.
- Provision and revoke access across all platforms using an access matrix.
- Configure subscription products and billing cadences via Recharge.
- Own the subscription register and manage SaaS costs.
- Handle new hire onboarding and offboarding access.
