Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Strong background in cross-border logistics and US-bound supply chains.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify backend management.
- Experience managing 3PL vendors and negotiating with partners.
- Experience in demand planning and inventory management in a DTC context.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical mindset for building forecasts and interpreting KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, async environment.
- Experience collaborating across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify backend including product setup, pricing, and storefront integrity.
- Build and maintain demand forecasts based on sales velocity and seasonality.
- Monitor inventory levels for 20+ SKUs and manage replenishment.
- Coordinate daily order fulfillment with 3PL partners to ensure SLA compliance.
- Negotiate pricing and lead times with logistics and supplier partners globally.
- Act as operational contact for marketing team to confirm campaign readiness.
- Oversee cross-border logistics for US-bound shipments.
