Requirements
- Hands-on Shopify admin and Flow experience.
- Proficiency in reading, debugging, and maintaining Google Apps Scripts.
- Understanding of REST APIs (requests, JSON, authentication).
- Experience with Recharge or similar subscription platforms.
- Knowledge of access management, RBAC, SSO, and 2FA.
- Familiarity with NordPass or equivalent security tools.
- AI-literate (prompting, iterating, code review).
- Strong documentation skills.
- Fluent communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify apps end-to-end, build reports, and troubleshoot conflicts.
- Build and maintain Shopify Flow automations for operations and customer segmentation.
- Maintain Google Apps Script and API integrations (REST APIs, JSON).
- Manage access permissions and enforce security protocols (2FA, NordPass).
- Configure Recharge subscription flows and retention logic.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding across platforms.
- Manage SaaS subscription costs and vendor relationships.
