Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of NERC compliance experience.
- 3+ years in a program lead or senior individual contributor role.
- Hands-on experience with CIP technical controls (firewall, SCADA, RTACs, access administration).
- Experience managing GADS reporting and data collection.
- Familiarity with SCADA, PI systems, data lakes, and historians.
- Experience with compliance evidence management, self-assessments, and audit support.
- Prior people management or team lead experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- Solar or renewable energy industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage the NERC Technical Compliance Manager.
- Lead day-to-day execution of the NERC CIP compliance program.
- Oversee execution of the NERC GO Internal Compliance Plan (ICP).
- Manage cyber security incident responses.
- Oversee GADS data collection and reporting.
- Develop and deliver NERC compliance training to operations, engineering, and project management teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes, tools, and controls.
- Monitor upcoming changes to NERC reliability standards.
