Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, contract operations, or business operations in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience administering and improving a CLM platform.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational scaling.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal leadership to define and execute the Legal Operations roadmap.
- Own CLM platform administration including workflow configuration and integrations.
- Administer the Legal matter management system.
- Define, maintain, and improve dashboards and KPIs.
- Build and maintain centralized knowledge resources and process documentation.
- Support Legal budget planning, outside counsel onboarding, and vendor operations.
