Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in intelligence analysis, strategic intelligence, geopolitical risk, security operations, international relations, or risk analysis.
- Strong analytical judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate evolving situations under time constraints.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to transform complex information into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence products.
- Strong research and synthesis skills with the ability to quickly evaluate multiple sources.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies, social media monitoring, and intelligence collection tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain situational awareness across a broad geographic portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Utilize open-source intelligence and a variety of collection tools to identify, assess, and monitor planned events and emerging risks across the Americas region.
- Monitor and assess planned demonstrations, protests, labor strikes, and other activism-related activity and upcoming events.
- Serve as the primary intelligence resource for an Americas-focused area of responsibility.
- Research, analyze, and assess complex events and developments, transforming information into timely intelligence alerts, assessments, and other products.
- Contribute to recurring intelligence reporting, including weekly intelligence briefs and situation reports.
- Evaluate information from a variety of sources and validate reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Global Intelligence Team to refine collection methodologies and enhance analytical processes.
