Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in SaaS or international environments.
- Strong understanding of AP and VAT regulations.
- Austrian Bilanzbuchhalter qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with expense tools like Yokoy, Concur, or Expensify.
- Knowledge of per diem and reimbursement regulations.
- Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
- Demonstrated AI literacy and aptitude for automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor master data and manage full vendor onboarding.
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and procure-to-pay workflows.
- Prepare payment proposals and manage foreign currency payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure VAT compliance across European and UK entities.
- Manage Yokoy and Zip credit card processes and expense policies.
- Lead data-heavy, technology-focused accounting initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance and Engineering to implement new tools.
- Assist in year-end financial statement preparation and audits.
