- Manage payment operations for Ascento AG, including invoices, supplier payments, reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Maintain and improve cost tracking across departments, projects, and entities.
- Support accounting workflows and coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, or other partners where needed.
- Improve back-office processes, tools, and routines so they are clear, scalable, and reliable.
- Help create better structures around approvals, reporting, purchasing, and recurring finance/admin tasks.
- Support the team on other operational initiatives as the company grows.
