Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in perioperative services, OR management, or clinical supply chain.
- Owned large-scale preference card cleanup or standardization initiatives.
- Familiarity with preference card anatomy and pick list structure.
- Experience working with Epic OpTime, Cerner SurgiNet, or Meditech.
- Demonstrated ability to influence surgeons and clinical staff.
- Experience presenting to senior clinical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assess client current-state preference card workflows and define future-state models.
- Partner with clinical stakeholders to validate platform-driven workflows.
- Develop and deliver role-specific training for perioperative staff.
- Monitor post-go-live utilization and resolve adoption gaps.
- Build trusted relationships with surgeons and OR nursing leadership.
- Facilitate physician engagement sessions using benchmarking and savings scorecards.
- Represent clinical methodology to executive leadership.
- Support sales process as a clinical credibility partner.
