Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, life sciences, or related field.
Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale digital, AI, analytics, or business transformation programs.
Experience deploying AI, automation, or advanced analytics from pilot through scaled implementation.
Proficiency in structured business process improvement, specifically DBS or Lean methodologies.
Experience establishing program and portfolio governance, including roadmaps, risk management, and value tracking.
Background working within regulated industries such as life sciences, diagnostics, or medtech.
Experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional change deployment, training, and sustainment.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for domestic and international business needs.
Valid driver’s license and valid passport.

Co-develop and own SCIEX's global multi-year AI transformation strategy aligned with Danaher priorities.
Identify, prioritize, and deploy high-value AI use cases across service, commercial, operations, and quality functions.
Partner with IT, functional teams, and external vendors to design, pilot, scale, and sustain AI solutions.
Own end-to-end delivery of AI and digital initiatives, applying DBS rigor to ensure on-scope and on-impact delivery.
Lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams and build a high-performing team of transformation professionals.
Manage the SCIEX AI Steering Committee, setting governance structures and driving executive accountability.
Drive structured change management, training, and user feedback loops to embed AI into daily workflows.
