Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
- Proven experience in workflow re-engineering, including mapping, analyzing, and redesigning business processes.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities to visualize end-to-end workflows and hand-offs.
- Strong critical thinking skills to challenge assumptions and identify underlying business problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engagement with both senior leadership and individual contributors.
- Self-directed time management and prioritization skills.
- High EQ with the ability to build trust and navigate resistance to change.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent) for professional work.
- Bias toward action and driving adoption through iterative interventions.
- Background in managed service providers, cloud/IT services, or enterprise SaaS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery conversations across corporate functions including Finance, Sales Operations, Procurement, and HR.
- Map and re-engineer processes end-to-end to identify AI intervention points.
- Triage opportunities to distinguish AI-suited workflows from manual processes.
- Brief engineering teams with clean technical requirements based on identified business needs.
- Mentor and train users on AI tools to increase organizational AI literacy.
- Maintain a data-driven discovery pipeline of opportunities, statuses, and ROI estimates.
- Partner with Finance to track displaced spend and measure financial outcomes of improvements.
