Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of business process architecture principles, service design, and enterprise workflow optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead complex transformation initiatives while balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Strong experience working with executive stakeholders and communicating complex asset optimization strategies to both business leaders and technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with experience supporting distributed or global teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of value realization, outcome mapping, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes and sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale business process discovery, analysis, and design initiatives focused on IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management.
  • Advise clients on aligning business objectives with platform capabilities, industry best practices, and long-term transformation strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing guidance on business transformation, process improvement, and change management.
  • Design scalable business process architectures and service models that support operational efficiency and sustainable cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, and delivery specialists to develop outcome-focused implementation strategies.
  • Mentor Business Process Architects and Business Analysts by providing leadership, coaching, and quality oversight.
  • Develop and improve consulting methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, and delivery standards to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Identify potential delivery risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Support innovation initiatives, thought leadership activities, and knowledge-sharing efforts through industry contributions, presentations, and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback, analyzing engagement outcomes, and implementing process enhancements.
