Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to establish immediate credibility.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellence in research, writing, and analytical synthesis.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within Application Platforms and AI.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across a multicultural global team.
- Learning agile with the ability to navigate highly matrixed environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative and must-have research content including Magic Quadrants and vendor evaluations.
- Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers and drive strategic thinking.
- Deliver high-value presentations for Gartner events, conferences, and C-level briefings.
- Analyze and predict market trends specifically regarding hyperscaler operationalization of AI.
- Provide sales support by serving as the voice of the market to drive client engagement.
- Provide high-quality and timely peer reviews of research content.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
