Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions for customer experience orchestration and contact center use cases.
- Expertise in integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, knowledge sources, RESTful APIs, and identity systems.
- Ability to design for real-world constraints including voice latency, throughput, reliability, and security.
- Experience defining AI evaluation strategies, success metrics, and monitoring approaches.
- Strong ability to translate complex AI architectures into clear business value for executive stakeholders.
- Practical experience in prompt design, context strategies, and orchestration flows.
- Proven ability to create and deliver compelling technical demonstrations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams to provide technical solutioning.
- Strong understanding of the Genesys Cloud platform and Genesys AI is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Meta, or Guidewire.
- Prior experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases including self-service, agent copilot, and back-office automation.
- Optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge architectures for accuracy and performance.
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, containment, and business impact.
- Engineer contextual AI experiences leveraging real-time data and conversation history.
- Support Partner Development Lab environments by facilitating workshops and educating partners on AI value propositions.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex integration issues during partner pre-sales cycles.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop technical assets and field readiness materials.
- Design and deploy AI prototypes to validate use cases, integrations, and latency requirements.
- Provide technical feedback and strategic insights to Product Management and Engineering.
