Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (Advanced degree preferred).
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering designing enterprise platforms.
- Proven experience leading architecture and design for complex production systems.
- Expert-level Python proficiency, including asyncio, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience building agent orchestration and LLM workflows.
- Experience with vector databases and both lexical and semantic search systems.
- Experience with model deployment tools like vLLM, Ollama, or llama.cpp.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Helm).
- Experience with CI/CD platforms like GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with AI governance, model lifecycle, and responsible AI principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and evolution of the Agentic AI platform by defining scalable architectures.
- Architect, deliver, and optimize production-grade LLM services, agent workflows, and retrieval pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Develop high-performance Python APIs and scalable backend services.
- Design and implement AI governance capabilities, guardrails, and model lifecycle management.
- Build automated testing, evaluation, and observability strategies for AI applications.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present technical capabilities to executive audiences.
