Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Generalist HR competencies with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments.
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for process optimization, automation, and tech-savviness.
- Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a remote team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide sound guidance on HR matters, including termination, resignation, transfer, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding separations, settlements, and termination outcomes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies.
- Draft, tailor, and administer all termination and supplementary documentation.
- Process offboarding activities on the internal HRIS platform.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding offboarding and HR policies.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and coordinate appropriate handling of employee relations matters.
- Support clients with progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development.
