Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with employee lifecycle exposure.
- Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and compliance.
- Expertise in providing HR support across various jurisdictions.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and conduct research.
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy with experience in asynchronous collaboration tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude for process optimization and automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal, and trade unions.
- Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents.
- Process offboarding activities via internal HRIS platform.
- Respond to queries on offboarding and Employee Relations matters.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
- Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
