Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with employee lifecycle exposure.
  • Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and compliance.
  • Expertise in providing HR support across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and conduct research.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in asynchronous collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for process optimization and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal, and trade unions.
  • Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents.
  • Process offboarding activities via internal HRIS platform.
  • Respond to queries on offboarding and Employee Relations matters.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
  • Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
