Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments.
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously.
- Strong automation and AI fluency.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide sound guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding workforce reductions and separations.
- Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations and settlement agreements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal, and government bodies.
- Draft and administer termination documents with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality.
- Process offboarding activities in the internal HRIS platform.
- Provide first-level employee relations support, including progressive discipline guidance and workplace concern assessment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.
