Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously.
  • Strong automation and AI fluency.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide sound guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding workforce reductions and separations.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations and settlement agreements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal, and government bodies.
  • Draft and administer termination documents with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding activities in the internal HRIS platform.
  • Provide first-level employee relations support, including progressive discipline guidance and workplace concern assessment.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.
